Hombale Films Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire was released on Christmas 2023 and is set for a sequel with Salaar: Part 2. Fans can rejoice as Prabhas has commenced shooting for the Salaar 2 after taking some time off to celebrate his birthday.

Directed by Prashanth Neel, known for his work on the blockbuster K.G.F. film series and Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam will be bigger than part one. This film will see Prabhas reprise his role alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran. The current shooting schedule is set for 20 days, during which the team aims to capture high-octane sequences.

Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam picks up where the first film left off, diving deeper into the intricate world of power struggles, revenge, and redemption. As tensions escalate and alliances are tested, audiences can expect a thrilling ride filled with unexpected twists.

While Prabhas is fully immersed in the Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam shoot, he has a busy slate ahead. In addition to Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam, he is gearing up for the release of several other films, including The Raja Saab and Kalki 2898 AD: Part 2 after 2025.
