Raid 2 filming has been wrapped in Delhi in the last month. The Ajay Devgn, Vaani Kapoor, and Riteish Deshmukh starrer is currently in post production and getting ready for a November release.Ajay Devgn, who shot for the first schedule in Mumbai, went to shoot the film in Lucknow and Rajasthan for a couple of months. Except for Mumbai, Raid 2 was mostly shot at real locations as per the script's demands, confirmed a source to Mid-Day.
The source further added about the storyline, which is based on the true events of a businessman fooling the Income Tax Department for Rs. 100 crore. "The story has its roots in a case that saw a UP politician-businessman accused of tax evasion of over Rs. 100 crore."
