Earlier, Sairat-fame Nagraj Manjule was supposed to direct a trilogy on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, starring Riteish Deshmukh. But now, Riteish will be directing the film, and the decision came after the huge success of his directorial debut, Ved.
