Hollywood actor Samuel L Jackson, who was last seen playing the role of S.H.I.E.L.D agent Nick Fury in The Avengers, seems to not take winning an Oscar award quite seriously.
In an interview, the actor was quoted saying that he had a pretty good career in Hollywood and that winning an Oscar will not help his box-office record. The actor has so far received only one Academy Award nomination- for his supporting role in 1994's Pulp Fiction.
