Satyaprem Ki Katha had two holidays in its extended weekend, and that helped the film cross 35 crore nett sooner than expected. A normal 3-day weekend would have brought a lower number, but that extra push has led the film towards a decent total. The film saw a huge drop of around 65% on Monday because it enjoyed that one extra holiday in the extended weekend. The targeted audiences in plexes usually come out on weekends only.
