Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is set to make his Bollywood debut as a director with an untitled series produced by his mother, Gauri Khan. The series will be streaming on Netflix from 2025, and the official announcement for the same was made recently at an event.

The announcement was made in Los Angeles this week at an event. Set against the backdrop of the film industry, this multi-genre project promises an unabashed, entertaining ride through the adventures of a charming, ambitious outsider navigating the glitzy yet tricky world of Bollywood. The series blends a high-stakes narrative with self-aware humor, featuring blockbuster cameos and larger-than-life characters for an unforgettable, tongue-in-cheek take on Indian cinema.

Speaking about the project, Shah Rukh Khan said, “We are excited to present this new series with Netflix that offers a refreshing look into the glamorous cinematic world and what it takes to succeed as an outsider. Media reports also suggest that Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a cameo role in this series along with many other popular celebrities from the industry. Since the series is based on industry affairs, we can hope for many real-life explosions coming to the screen.
