Jawan X Saalar Weekend: Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan released on Janmashtami in September 2023 and went on two smash many box office records. The film broke the opening day record and opening weekend records for Bollywood movies and remains unbeaten at the end of the year.Apart from Bollywood, Jawan has also retained one big record to its name which can be termed as a pan-india record. Jawan collected 195 crore nett in its opening weekend all over India (175 crore in Hindi and 20 crore in dubbed versions) and it remains unbeaten by the end of the year. Salaar minted approx. 189 crore nett over the first weekend in all-languages, making Jawan the highest opening weekend grosser of the year 2023 in Indian cinema. This is certainly a big record for SRK and Atlee's action drama.
