Singham Again no aggression:
Ajay Devgn has made Bajirao Singham a cult mass character over the years. It all started with Singham (2011), then Singham Returns (2014), and then he appeared in cameo roles in Simmba (2018) and Sooryavanshi (2021). Bajirao Singham returned with a lead role movie this Diwali with Singham Again (2024), but this time the aggression was missing.
After the film, many fans have been complaining about missing the aggressive avatar of Ajay Devgn, aka Bajirao Singham. That iconic rage and "Ata Mazi Satkali" dialogues were missing too. Fans were certainly not happy, but the writer has a logical reason behind it.

During a recent interaction with Bollywood Hungama, one of Singham Again writers, Kshitij Patwardhan, told the portal that Singham's character was playing a certain age, had a son, and was taking medicines for blood pressure, so he had to be calm. Director Rohit Shetty fed this idea to the writer, and then he made a different-looking character amidst the Ramayana backdrop.
When asked about Singham's aggression and wild avatar, Kshitij Patwardhan said, "No, that is not the case. Actually, (Rohit) sir had a very beautiful thought on this. He said that let the character play his age. Now, his age has advanced, he has a young son, and he is taking pills for BP (blood pressure). So, this time his anger has been subdued as per his age. But something so personal happens that his anger that was inside gets an outburst. That’s why we felt it would be fun if he played his age. Rohit sir always had this in mind, and it has worked out well."
