Bollywood actor Sooraj Pancholi has requested a special CBI court to issue a non-bailable warrant against Jiah Khan's mother, Rabia Khan. Pancholi's lawyer, Pradhant Patil, stated that Jiah Khan's mother is avoiding trials and delaying the process.Sooraj Pancholi has submitted his application to the court to issue a non-bailable (NBW) against Rabia Khan. According to the application, Pancholi has alleged Rabia for intentionally ignoring summons and not appearing before the court. The special CBI judge, Mr. AS Sayyad, has asked the CBI to file the application and adjourned the hearing till July 7.The written application by Sooraj Pancholi's lawyer states, "The prosecution has served summons to the original complainant several times, but she is not appearing before this court to depose her statement. The original complainant doesn't seem to be cooperating with this court for an expeditious trial and is avoiding coming before this court to delay the trial."
