Sunny Deol To Start Shooting For Lahore 1947 From 12th February In Madh Island

Sunny Deol, Rajkumar Santoshi, and Aamir Khan's blockbuster trio is coming together for the first time with the upcoming social drama Lahore 1947. Santoshi and Sunny Deol are all set to take the film on floors next week in Mumbai.

The team has erected a set on Madh Island and will begin the first schedule there. Sunny Deol will join the team from 12th February, while Aamir Khan is also expected to join them later for his cameo role. In the meantime, Aamir will continue filming for his upcoming flick, Sitaare Zameen Par.

"Rajkumar Santoshi has a certain palette and vision in mind for the scenes. This shoot will be different from the ones that have been canned by Aamir Khan Productions. Aamir is certain that the director will run with his vision, and his role will be relegated to that of a producer alone. The first day of shooting is February 12. This week, the team will be working on the logistics,” a source told Mid-day.
