Actor-director-producer Sylvester Stallone who was last seen playing the role of mercenary Barney Ross in The Expendables and its sequel, recently won a lawsuit filed against him for copyright infringement.
Buzz has it that writer Marcus Webb had filed a case against Sly, claiming that Stallone's screenplay for his movie was plagiarized from his own work called 'The Cordoba Caper'. However, Stallone won the case as the judge concluded that that the scripts of the two movies were not similar as Webb had claimed.
