The Vaccine War has had a dull opening at the box office. With such a poor trailer and scattered marketing strategy, the film was going nowhere anyway. The first-day numbers just made it official.

The Vaccine War will need miraculous growth in the next few days to collect a respectable total at the box office.

Agnihotri's last release, The Kashmir Files, had a decent opening of around 3.25 crore nett last year. His latest one is almost 3x lower, as the film minted only 95 lacs-1 crore on the first day.

The film is facing competition from Fukrey 3, which has an average opening, and Jawan, which is super strong. The Kashmir Files had that connection to Kashmir's relevant issues, while TWV is partially disconnected from the subject in today's time. Will this film find appreciation and emerge as a success?
