Bollywood and TV actress Upasana Singh has sued Miss Universe 2021 Winner Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu for allegedly breaching the contract of her upcoming Punjabi film, Bai Ji Kuttange. Upasana signed Harnaaz for the film even before she won the pageant title and became famous.Upasana Singh filed a complaint against Harnaaz Kaur for not appearing for the promotions when she asked. The actress and producer confirmed that a summons has been sent to her as she has caused her to lose money. The reason for taking legal action was that Harnaaz stopped responding to calls and mails, as per Upasana's statement.According to Upasana, Harnaaz detached herself from the film and promotions as she is not interested in working in the Punjabi industry anymore and her focus is now Bollywood. Upasana also revealed that Harnaaz is not even posting about the film on her social media handles when she is posting all about the promotional brands she has signed.
