Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh's Ved continues its glorious run at the box office as it smashes the Bollywood movie Kuttey. Ved collected a huge 6.81 crore nett in its third across Maharashtra, which is bigger than Kuttey's all India total.
Below are the collections of Ved:
First Week - 20.67 crore
Second Week - 20.18 crore
Third Friday - 1.35 crore
Third Saturday - 2.72 crore
Third Sunday - 2.74 crore
Third Weekend - 6.81 crore
Total - 47.66 crore nett
Ved has already collected more than Cirkus' lifetime collection in India (36 crore), and now it is set to cross the 50 crore nett mark. It will then become the only second Marathi film to join the coveted club after a record-breaking hit, "Sairat" (2016).
On the other hand, Arjun Kapoor, Tabu, Radhika Madan, and Kumud Mishra's Kuttey turned out to be a disaster at the box office. The film minted only 3.50 crore in the first weekend, giving a dull start to Bollywood in 2023. From hereon, Kuttey will not make it to the 10 crore club in its lifetime run.
