"Working On Aashiqui 3 Is Like A Dream Come True," Says Kartik Aaryan

Kartik Aaryan will star in Mukesh Bhatt and Bhushan Kumar's Aashiqui 3, the third instalment of the musical franchise started by Gulshan Kumar in the 90s. The third film in the Aashiqui franchise will be directed by Anurag Basu and the music will be composed by Pritam.

Talking about the film, Kartik Aaryan said, "The timeless classic Aashiqui is something I grew up watching, and working on Aashiqui 3 is like a dream come true! I feel privileged yet grateful to be collaborating with Bhushan Sir and Mukesh Sir for this opportunity. I’ve been a big fan of Anurag Sir’s work for a long time, and collaborating with him on this one will definitely shape me in many ways."

Producer Mukesh Bhatt assured us, "The evening of 16th Aug 1990, a day before Aashiqui’s release, Gulshanji and I were very nervous. The next day, records were broken and history was created.
